Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as you meet the following conditions.

CONDITIONS
• You must get authorisation from our Returns Department before returning your item.
• Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
• Original freight fees are not refundable.
• Item must be in as-new condition with original packaging and labels.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Limited edition products.
• Personalised products, (i.e. engraved, monogrammed, etc.).
• Perishable products, (food, flowers, etc.).
• Downloadable software products.
• Any products marked, "Used" or “As Is”.
• Gift Cards.

FREIGHT CHARGES
• Items are returned to us at your expense.
• Items are sent back to you at our expense.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
Get authorisation from our Returns Department. Repackage your product to prevent transit damage. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible on the outside of the package. Send package(s) to:

Please include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like. Please consider using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Chief Products is not liable for lost return parcels.
